When the defendant was arrested in a parking lot in Atlantic City, he had condoms and more than $500 in his possession. He has been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Human Trafficking, Attempted Aggravated Sexual Assault, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is facing decades in prison and hundreds of thousands in fines.
